Travel Style - featuring Ebags

This past weekend, I had the pleasure of taking a much needed staycation at the Hyatt Centric in Chicago's Loop neighborhood. Even though I was going to still be in the city, I needed to make sure that I still packed appropriately, and avoided my usual throw everything in one suitcase and deal with it later.

I opted to try some new amazing travel pieces from E-bags collection. While consulting with their team, I knew I needed a suitcase that could carry everything in an organized manner without carrying around a huge piece of luggage, and still look stylish.

I opted for their Motherlode Wheeled Duffel bag to store all my possessions. What I loved about this style of luggage was that first off, it was much lighter than my bulkier suitcases, It had a ton of compartments where I could store jewelry and shoes, and lastly it had a bit of personality just like me, with the bright orange interior.

Not only was traveling with the right luggage important, but to also travel in the most stylish and comfy pieces. I chose to wear this amazing shirt from Rachel Roy's collection. What I loved was that It had airport city codes written on it, which practically yells - wear me while you travel.

I paired it with a skort from JcPenny's new Boutique+ collection. You may have heard of it, or their spokesperson Ashley Nell Tipton. It is so hard to wear shorts without them riding up in the front, so having a skirt overlay in the front made it so much easier, and uber chic. I kinda hope that they make this in red, and pink now. #hinthint

And finally, to bring it all together, I threw on my favorite yellow blazer from River Island.

Happy holiday weekend!
